The Prague Public Transit Co. guarantees low-floor connections on all of its bus lines. Low-floor buses are equipped with either a retractable or a hinged platform. The platform is serviced by the driver.

The guarantee consists in the designated connection in the timetable will always be provided by a low-floor vehicle. Guaranteed connections are marked on stop timetables with a wheelchair symbol.
